We will be performing urgent maintenance to execute a critical database architecture update for the AI Agent and Knowledge Base on Monday, June 8th starting at 08:30 AM (CET).
This structural update is required to resolve underlying database constraints causing truncated messages and impacting interactive components. As part of this database optimization, users will also experience a significant increase in Knowledge Base precision. To prevent further service degradation and ensure platform stability, we are fast-tracking this structural change ahead of our standard maintenance schedule.
