Reason: We have identified a critical issue causing truncated messages that is breaking the functionality of interactive components and degrading the user experience. This update also includes an improvement to the precision of Knowledge Base results. To minimize further impact, we are fast-tracking this fix ahead of our standard maintenance schedule.

During the maintenance window, AI Agent and Knowledge Base features will be temporarily unavailable.
