During this maintenance window, the Landbot platform and its services might be unavailable for a very short period of time.

Once the maintenance is completed, everything around Landbot will be fully operational again.

Scheduled - We will be performing urgent maintenance to execute a critical database architecture update for the AI Agent and Knowledge Base on Monday, June 8th starting at 08:30 AM (CET).

This structural update is required to resolve underlying database constraints causing truncated messages and impacting interactive components. As part of this database optimization, users will also experience a significant increase in Knowledge Base precision. To prevent further service degradation and ensure platform stability, we are fast-tracking this structural change ahead of our standard maintenance schedule.

During the maintenance window, AI Agent and Knowledge Base features will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
